Alayna may be labeled a kitten but watching her move gives off tiny mountain lion vibes. Estimated to be around 4 months old, this beautiful Siamese girl has bright, curious eyes and a gracefully gorgeous way of moving that we are sure will agree brings to mind a tiny mountain lion exploring her world. She's being lovingly fostered in a home where she's growing up with other cats, surrounded by the kind of daily care and gentle socialization that gives kittens such a wonderful start in life. Alayna will do best in a home with a cat friend or being adopted with a cat that become her friend in her new home. She's a social girl and is happiest when she has another cat by her side. Go watch Alayna on YouTube, then come right back to read more. Watching her graceful little movements and curious spirit gives you a glimpse of the cute and confident companion she's growing into. Like many young kittens, Alayna found her outing for photos and videos a little overwhelming. New places can be big adventures when you're only a few months old. Back in the familiarity of her foster home, she's able to relax, play, and continues building on that confidence with the people and cats she knows best. Alayna is ready for a family who will enjoy watching her personality unfold day by day. One of the greatest joys of adopting a kitten is getting to witness exactly who they become, and she's off to a beautiful start. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
