Meet Astro Snugglebug! Astro is a 5-month-old white-and-tan cutie with a sweet heart and playful puppy personality! He can be shy when meeting new people or dogs, but give him a little patience and he warms up quickly. During his assessment, he went from timid and unsure to relaxed, happy, and giving the other pups sweet puppy kisses. Astro has done well with both big and small dogs and currently lives with a sassy Shih Tzu. He prefers slow introductions and may ask for space when he feels overwhelmed, but once comfortable, his playful side starts to shine. He also shares toys, attention, and treats nicely with other dogs. Astro is a solid medium-energy pup who enjoys exploring and keeping up with the fun but can settle nicely when it’s time to relax. He’s doing great with leash skills, has been around kids and farm animals, and could live with a calm, dog-savvy cat. At home, Astro is continuing to work on potty training, routines, and becoming more comfortable with his crate. He can also be a talkative little guy, so he may be better suited for a home rather than an apartment with strict noise rules. Once Astro trusts you, he’s all about affection, belly rubs, and staying close to his people. With patience, positive socialization, and lots of love, this sweet boy has everything he needs to grow into an amazing family companion. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate pup to grow and adventure with, Astro is ready to meet you! Apply here: Questions?
