Bounty is a sweet, affectionate girl with a love for outdoor adventures and a softer side that makes her especially endearing. She enjoys staying active, spending time with other dogs, and relaxing at home after a day well spent. Watch her in action here! Her foster family says Bounty fits beautifully into their active lifestyle! She currently lives with an older couple who take her on runs, enjoy backyard playtime, and give her plenty of opportunities to socialize with their dogs. With her medium-to-high energy level, Bounty would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys getting outdoors. Bounty likes to take her time making new friends, but a gentle approach and a few tasty treats go a long way! During her assessment, she gradually warmed up to everyone and was comfortably accepting affection by the end. Once she gets acquainted, her loving personality begins to shine. Around other dogs, Bounty has a playful little spark! She loves running and bouncing alongside her furry friends and even showed off some Border Collie-style herding moves during playgroup. She's a considerate companion who shares toys, respects social cues, and patiently waits her turn for treats. Bounty is also house trained and crate trained! She settles quietly indoors after exercise and is food motivated, making positive reinforcement a great way to continue building her skills. Her ideal home would offer regular exercise, a comfortable routine, and people who appreciate her gentle nature. She could thrive in a house with a yard or an apartment with an active adopter. Older children or teens and a compatible canine companion could be wonderful matches. A home with a calm, dog-savvy cat may also be considered with careful introductions and further observation. From morning runs to quiet evenings, Bounty is ready to be someone's loyal companion through it all. All she needs is a family willing to give her the time, encouragement, and love to feel right at home. Questions?
