Meet Fiona Apples 🍎 At just 14 lbs, Fiona Apples is about the size of an apple... okay, maybe a very small watermelon, but you get the idea. We estimate this adorable little Frenchie to be around 3 years old, and she is truly the sweetest little package. Fiona has some medical needs that will require a special adopter, so we think she would be best suited to someone with French Bulldog or brachycephalic breed experience who understands the unique care these little squishy faces can require. But in exchange for that extra care, Fiona has an enormous amount of love to give. She is a true velcro girl who would very much like to be wherever her people are. Following you from room to room? Of course. Curling up in your lap? Absolutely. She just wants to be close to her people and would make the sweetest little companion. And then there is her tongue. It is basically always out, and it is ADORABLE. Fiona has perfected the permanent little tongue blep, and honestly, it is impossible not to smile when you look at her. Fiona is currently living with three large dogs, another Frenchie, a cat, and another foster puppy, and she is doing well with everyone. She is still learning the finer points of doggy socializing, though, and she is not a fan of super high-energy dogs. She seems happiest with calm, easygoing dogs who are not going to overwhelm her. Slow introductions and allowing her time to get comfortable will be important as she continues learning. With cats, Fiona is wonderfully laid-back and respectful, and she has been doing well with the other animals in her foster home. One thing Fiona is absolutely confident about? Car rides! She LOVES them and is happiest when she gets to tag along. Errands, coffee runs, road trips, drive-thru snacks... Fiona is ready to be your tiny passenger princess. She is also doing well with crate training. She may protest for a few minutes when you first leave, but she settles in nicely. She will occasionally bark, but thanks to her adorable little raspy Frenchie voice, it is much more cute than loud. Fiona Apples may be tiny, but she has a big personality, a huge heart, a permanently-out tongue, and a serious appreciation for being included in whatever her people are doing. If you are looking for a little sidekick who wants to spend her days by your side, Fiona Apples would love to meet you. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Apply today! Questions?
