Meet Franny Fantastic, a 9-year-old Chihuahua who has decided that the best things in life are pretty simple: a comfortable couch, people to love, and a peaceful place to call home. At 17 pounds, Franny is a sweet senior lady with an affectionate personality and a wonderfully laid-back approach to life. She’s a certified couch potato who would be perfectly happy spending her days relaxing near her people, soaking up affection, and enjoying the comforts of home. And Franny comes with some seriously impressive credentials. She is house trained, crate trained, and easy to walk on leash. She’s also apartment friendly, making her a great option for someone who wants a companion without needing a huge home or backyard. Franny currently lives in a multi-dog foster home and does well with other dogs, including small dogs. She has a gentle play style and knows how to peacefully share her space with canine friends. At times Franny will romp around with the more active dogs and play or just bask in the sun. She’s also cat friendly, so Franny has experience getting along with quite the variety of four-legged roommates. Her easygoing personality could also make her a wonderful choice for a first-time dog owner. She isn’t looking for someone to keep up with wild puppy antics. Franny has already reached the stage of life where she knows what she likes—and what she likes is being comfortable, loved, and close to her people. Franny also lives with multiple small children under the age 6. She is a great family dog and fits right in with the entire crew. At 9 years old, Franny may technically qualify as a senior, but don’t mistake that for having nothing left to give. Senior dogs have a special way of settling into your life, and Franny still has plenty of companionship, affection, and love waiting for the person lucky enough to bring her home. Whether you live in an apartment or a house, already have other pets, or are looking for your very first dog, Franny Fantastic has so many qualities that make her an easy little lady to fall in love with. If your idea of the perfect companion is a sweet, affectionate, house-trained Chihuahua who would happily trade wild adventures for couch time and cuddles, Franny Fantastic might be your girl. She’s already got the “Fantastic” part covered. Now she just needs the forever family. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Apply today! Questions?
