Meet this sweet little tabby girl, a professional nap taker, shoulder snuggler, and social butterfly wrapped up in one adorable kitten. Cuteness here: While her siblings may be ready to move on to their next adventure, this girl has some very different priorities. She is known for taking longer naps than the rest of the litter and is perfectly content letting everyone else carry on while she gets a little extra beauty sleep. And if your shoulder happens to be available when nap time arrives, even better! She loves curling up on her foster’s shoulder and settling in for a cozy snooze. She has a naturally calm and gentle personality, but she certainly isn’t shy. She warms up to new people very quickly and loves being social. Once she meets you, it doesn’t take long before she is comfortable enough to show off her affectionate side and enjoy some cuddles. When she isn’t sleeping, she is still very much a curious little kitten. She loves playing with cat toys, exploring her surroundings, and checking out whatever looks interesting. She has a wonderful balance between being playful and knowing when it’s time to slow things down and relax. She is also an excellent little traveler. Car rides don’t seem to bother her, and her calm nature makes her a surprisingly good passenger for such a young kitten. This sweet girl is already accustomed to a busy foster home. She lives with multiple cats and dogs and does well with children, making her a wonderful candidate for many different types of families. Whether her future home already has furry family members, kids, or simply someone looking for a loving companion, she has the social personality to fit right in. What makes her especially lovable is how easily she seems to connect with people. She can explore and play when the mood strikes, but she is equally happy cuddling up with someone she loves — preferably somewhere nice and comfortable where she can squeeze in another nap. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate little tabby who will play with her toys, explore the house, make friends with the family, ride along in the car, and then happily fall asleep on your shoulder, this sleepy little social butterfly might be exactly who you’ve been waiting for. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
