He can be a little shy when meeting new canine friends, but his manners are polite and friendly while he takes a moment to get comfortable. Once he warms up, he is ready to play—and a good wrestling match is definitely his idea of fun. Although Mike enjoys rough-and-rowdy play with dogs who appreciate that style, he is also good at reading the room. Around dogs who prefer a calmer approach, he matches their energy well and is happy to simply share their company. Mike is a wonderful walking companion with great basic leash skills. He regularly joins his foster for long walks and even enjoys running alongside a bike or going for an occasional run.
