Most days, she's happy taking things easy, but every now and then, she'll surprise you with a burst of zoomies that shows off her silly side. Her foster mom describes her as the perfect mix of couch potato and playful companion, with a personality that's impossible not to adore! Minnie has already experienced one of life's biggest adventures: motherhood! She was an incredibly devoted mama to her puppies, always keeping a watchful eye on her little ones and making sure they were cared for. Now that her babies are growing up, it's Minnie's turn to enjoy being the center of someone's world! Minnie is a true dog's dog! She currently lives with two larger pups, and absolutely adores their company. She enjoys joining them for playtime, following their lead, and curling up beside them for naps. Her foster mom has also welcomed other temporary foster dogs into the home, and Minnie has enjoyed getting to know them. Having canine companions gives her a wonderful sense of security, so she'd be happiest in a forever home with another friendly dog who can be her built-in bestie. Minnie also shares her foster home with four cats and has proven to be a respectful little roommate. She generally pays them no mind, and when one of her more opinionated feline friends requests a little personal space, Minnie happily moves along. She's perfectly content letting the cats do their own thing! Minnie can be a little bashful during first introductions, preferring to take a moment to get comfortable before showing her affectionate side. Once she's familiar with someone, she's happy to curl up beside them and enjoy some attention. Her foster family includes children ages 10, 15, and 19, and she's comfortable spending time with everyone. She's formed a particularly special bond with her foster mom, showing just how beautifully she connects with people once she feels at ease. One of Minnie's cutest quirks is her love for sunbathing! Her foster mom often catches her stretched out in the yard, belly up and soaking in the warmth like she's on a tropical vacation. Give this girl a sunny afternoon, and she's in her element! Minnie appreciates a gentle approach to unfamiliar experiences. Car rides are still something she's getting used to, and she prefers to sit quietly until she reaches her destination.
