Meet Missy Blue-tiful, Classy & a Little Chatty💙🐾 At around 39 pounds, Missy is a perfectly sized blue eyed beauty who is always ready to make a new friend! She opens up to people quickly, happily asks for affection, and would be so much fun to have around when friends come over. And if you stop petting her before she has officially dismissed you? Expect a few whimpers and a husky style conversation until your hand gets back to work. She’s also easy to walk on leash and checks in with her person, making her a great companion for neighborhood strolls, weekend adventures, or a little fun in the snow. Just imagine those blue eyes against a snowy background. Main character! Missy could be happy in a home with a yard or an apartment where she gets regular walks. When meeting new dogs, Missy appreciates a little time to settle in before her playful side comes out. She would be happiest with a medium energy dog who isn’t overly pushy and understands the concept of personal space. If another dog keeps sniffing after she’s had enough, she may give them a little vocal reminder but there’s no drama behind it. She just knows how to say, “Okay bestie, that’s close enough.” At home, Missy is absolutely willing to join you on the couch, because obviously that is where the good snuggles happen. She has done well with dogs of different sizes, and she also met our resident cat! Missy currently lives with two Labs and enjoys playing with them. Their favorite hangout spot? The bed. Missy at dinner is the cutest. If another dog gets a little too interested in her food, she picks up her entire bowl and walks away with it. Problem solved. Dinner relocated. Missy is affectionate, social, delightfully expressive, and ready to be somebody’s couch buddy, walking partner, and vocal blue-eyed bestie.
