Her rich chocolate coat has the most incredible golden coloring woven throughout, almost as if someone took a little ray of sunshine and shined it right onto her fur. It’s an absolutely gorgeous feature that is hard to do justice with photos. This unique glow is exactly where the Divine in her name comes from! But Roxy’s beauty isn’t just skin deep. This 4-month-old chocolate Lab has the kindest eyes and the sweetest little soul. She’s the sort of puppy who makes you want to stop whatever you’re doing and spend a little time soaking up her sweetness. Roxy currently shares her foster home with her Lab sister, and these two have a wonderful time together! They play beautifully, enjoy each other’s company, and make the most of having a built-in best friend. But Roxy also has a lovely sense of balance. She enjoys her puppy playtime but knows when it’s time to take a break. She’s not interested in running herself ragged just because the fun is available. She knows how to play hard and rest when she needs to! And honestly, she’s just as happy snuggled up with her people as she is romping around with her sister. Roxy has that lovely combination of playful puppy spirit and affectionate companionship. She’s perfectly content to enjoy a little fun and then settle in for some quality cuddle time. At four months old, Roxy is still discovering the world, learning new things, and growing into the wonderful dog she’s meant to be. At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth and we enjoy seeing their progress! We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap—ranging from $100–$1,000+ per dog.
