Some kittens need a little time before they decide you're part of the family. Troy seems to skip that step entirely! Give him a few minutes to look around, and before long he's happily curled up in your arms, soaking up kisses like he's known you forever. He's the kind of kitten who settles into new places with surprising ease, making himself right at home wherever life takes him. Go watch Troy and his brothers on YouTube, then come right back to read more! You'll see a kitten who's just as happy chasing toys as he is being scooped up for snuggles. One minute he's pouncing after a wand toy, the next he's completely relaxed in someone's arms, proving that cuddles are just as exciting as playtime! Troy is approximately 4 months old and is a handsome brown-and-black tabby. As with all rescue kittens, his age and breed are simply our best educated guess. Troy comes from a litter of three and has spent nearly his entire life in a loving foster home, so home life already feels second nature to him. He's litter box trained, comfortable spending time in a crate, and rides quietly in his kennel during car trips. He also shares his foster home with dogs and has done a wonderful job peacefully living alongside them. If there's one thing Troy has mastered, it's balancing playtime with cuddle time. He absolutely loves toys of every kind. Feather wands, jingle balls, toy snakes—if it can be chased, tossed, or batted across the floor, Troy is ready to join the game! He especially enjoys playing with his brothers, turning everyday moments into little kitten adventures. When the excitement winds down, Troy has no problem switching gears. He loves being held like a baby, happily melts into your arms for kisses, and seems perfectly content just being wherever his people are. During our time together, he settled into the new environment almost immediately and warmed up to me so quickly that it felt like we'd already met before. Want to become one of Troy's favorite people? Grab a toy, offer him a treat, and spend a little time playing. That's all it takes to earn the attention of this affectionate little guy. Troy would love a home that appreciates both sides of kittenhood. The playful bursts of energy and the quiet moments spent cuddled together after a busy day. He's already shown just how beautifully he adapts to home life, and he's more than ready to bring that same joy to a family of his own!
