Meet Willow Rose Water 🖤 2 years old | Black Lab mix | Spayed female Willow is a gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. She's shy, and she takes her time with new people and new places. But once she feels secure, her sweetness shines through. Willow has been through a lot. She lost a puppy, and she took the loss hard. Since then, she's been healing at her own pace, with the help of her foster family. In her foster home, Willow is a loving companion who likes being close to her people. She's also been opening up to her foster siblings more and more each day. Every wagging tail and playful moment shows how much love she has to give. Willow's ideal home: Patient adopters who will let her set the pace A calm, quiet household, ideally without a lot of running around or traffic Older children or adults are recommended, since lots of kid energy can overwhelm her Calm, easygoing dogs or no other pets would be ideal A predictable routine is suggested to help her build confidence Gentle encouragement, with no pressure Slow introductions are highly recommended. Willow does best when she has time to get to know new people, new dogs, and new spaces, and rushing her could set her back. We suggest adopters be ready to go at her speed. Willow doesn't need someone to fix her. She needs someone who will wait for her, celebrate her small victories, and give her the time and safety to bloom. Could that be you?
