WrenLee Ark | The Little Fawn Beauty WrenLee Ark may be the smaller puppy of the pair, but this beautiful girl has no trouble catching your attention. With her gorgeous fawn-toned coat, striking light-colored eyes, and gentle little face, WrenLee is the kind of puppy you notice immediately—and then her sweet personality gives you even more reason to fall in love! Watch Wrenlee and her brother in action, then come right back to read more! At around 3 months old and approximately 17.5 lbs, WrenLee is a Fawn Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner mix. She's about 2.5 lbs smaller than her brother Ryan, giving her the title of little sister, although she's still got plenty of growing ahead of her. WrenLee is a thoughtful little girl when she enters a new environment. Rather than immediately throwing herself into the middle of everything, she likes to take a moment to look around and understand what's happening. Give her a little time and gentle encouragement, though, and she warms up fairly quickly. Once she does, you'll discover just how affectionate and lovely this girl really is. WrenLee has only been with her current foster for a few days, but she's already showing some wonderful qualities. She's playful and affectionate with a nice medium puppy energy, enjoying her fun without needing to be going nonstop. She's also getting plenty of canine socialization. WrenLee shares her foster home with a 100-pound resident dog and two additional foster puppies, along with her brother Ryan. The puppies spend time together in a playpen setup and happily play with one another. WrenLee isn't an especially loud puppy, although she and Ryan may have a few things to say when their games get exciting. She's also proving to be a little superstar when it comes to her crate. WrenLee does great going into her crate and can settle down and fall asleep without an issue. She's also a great car rider, giving her a fantastic early foundation for future adventures with her family. And if you want to get this girl's attention, treats certainly won't hurt. WrenLee is food motivated and loves treats, which should be incredibly helpful as her family begins teaching basic commands and puppy manners. She currently shares a large feeder with the other puppies in her foster home, and no resource guarding around food has been observed. Potty training is still very much a work in progress. WrenLee is learning with potty pads in her foster home and will need a family prepared to continue teaching her a consistent potty routine. At only three months old—and after recently transitioning into a new foster home—she's still at the very beginning of learning what life in a home is all about. That's really what WrenLee needs in her next chapter: consistency, patience, positive training, socialization, and plenty of love and support as she grows. She's already shown that she can adjust, settle beautifully in her crate, ride comfortably in the car, enjoy other dogs, and open up to affection once she's had a chance to take everything in. And those eyes certainly don't hurt. WrenLee Ark is a beautiful, thoughtful little girl with a soft heart, playful puppy side, and a pair of light-colored eyes you won't soon forget. Give her a moment to take in the world, and she'll be ready to discover it right alongside you! Submit your adoption application today! Apply Here: Questions?
